Morning
  • 0540 Breakfast
    • 1 x bowl of cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios)
    • 1 x 8oz glass of 100% fruit juice (Cranberry-Pomegranate)
    • 1 x Sandwich thins w/ peanut butter 
  • 1000 Snack (no snack due to CMR/Record Jacket inspection)
    • 2 x cups of coffee (black from a mug)
Midday
  • 1130 Preworkout
    • 2 x scoops of Jack3d w/4oz of water (White Blue Raspberry)
  • 1340 Postworkout
    • 2 x scoops of protein w/8oz of water (27g of protein/ scoop - Isolyze - Cherry Vanilla)
    1400 Lunch
    • 1 x cup of plain nonfat yogurt
    • 4 x Strawberry chopped into yogurt
    • 1 x kiwi chopped into yogurt
  • 1500 Snack
    • 1 x hanful of almonds
    • 1 x handful of dried cranberries 

Diet Blog Shutdown

I am probably not going to be posting directly into a diet blog anymore. I have started using a funtional tool on my iPhone and on the website called myfitnesspal.com

Feel free to check it out. It allows for easy addition of what you ate and automatically calculates calories, fat, carbs, and protein. It also estimates your target caloric intake and can calculate in your workouts.

The food database is also quite large. You can even submit a food item if you have the nutritional value and it is not already listed.

I am working to make it post to twitter when I complete a daily entry so there would be little difference if you are coming to my blog from there or facebook.

I plan on maintaining the workout blog as my main blog for now...

Morning
  • 0430 Wake Up
    • 1 x cup of yogurt (Generic brand Light - Strawberry
    • 1 x 8oz glass of 100% fruit juice (Mixed Berry)
  • 0540 Breakfast
    • 1 x bowl of cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios) 
  • 1000 Snack (no snack due to CMR/Record Jacket inspection)
    • 2 x cups of coffee (black from a mug)
Midday
  • 1100 Preworkout
    • 2 x scoops of Jack3d w/4oz of water (White Blue Raspberry)
  • 1300 Postworkout
    • 2 x scoops of protein w/8oz of water (27g of protein/ scoop - Isolyze - Cherry Vanilla)
    1330 Lunch
    • 1 x 1/2 Chicken salad sandwich (canned chicken breast, fat free mayonaise, mustard, hard boiled egg, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 slice whole grain sandwich thins)
    • 4 x Strawberry (sliced in 1/4's)
    • 2 x chunk of watermelon (Small squares presliced at the store)
  • 1500 Snack
    • 1 x cup of yogurt (Yoplait Light - Peach)
    • 1 x granola bar (Quaker Chewy - Chocolate Chip) 
Evening
  • 1745 Dinner
    • 1 x 1/2 Chicken salad sandwich (canned chicken breast, fat free mayonaise, mustard, hard boiled egg, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 slice whole grain sandwich thins)
    • 4 x Strawberry (sliced in 1/4's)
    • 2 x chunk of watermelon (Small squares presliced at the store)
  • 1830 Snack (SDO Duty tonight and I have to fast 12 hours prior to a 0700 physical. This snack and water will have to carry me through the night and the physical in the morning. Wish me luck.)
    • 1 x cup of yogurt (Yoplait Light - Strawberry)
    • 1 x granola bar (Quaker Chewy - Chocolate Chip

    • 1 x Chicken salad sandwich (canned chicken breast, fat free mayonaise, mustard, hard boiled egg, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, whole grain sandwich thins)
    • 1 x 5/8oz bag of popcorn (Smartfood - White Cheddar)
    • 1 x Oatmeal cream pie
    • 1 x 12oz can of Coke

    • 1 x Clif Mojo bar (mountain mix)

Evening

    • 1 x Hamburger (American Burger from Texas Steakhouse 
    • 1 x serving of mushrooms
    • 1 x 1/2 a serving of seasoned fries
    • 3 x 18oz glass of water (lots of ice)

    • 1 x cup of yogurt (Yoplait Light - Strawberry)
    • 2 x small cups of coffee (from my Stanley thermos, in the lid. Black)
    • 1 x handful of almonds (~10, Dry Roasted) 
Midday
  • 1030 Preworkout

  • I had a Marine end up in the hospital. So, I had to make my way up there and did not have a chance to eat anything for lunch.
