- 1340 Postworkout
- 2 x scoops of protein w/8oz of water (27g of protein/ scoop - Isolyze - Cherry Vanilla)
- 1 x cup of plain nonfat yogurt
- 4 x Strawberry chopped into yogurt
- 1 x kiwi chopped into yogurt

- 1 x hanful of almonds
- 1 x handful of dried cranberries
